Task

Integrate an acquired logistics startup into the company’s infrastructure and JTL-Software-GmbH platforms, while optimizing delivery cost and quality.

Solution

We completely redesigned, updated, and enhanced the logistics module. Delivery costs were significantly reduced through the integration of the external startup’s technology, improving both efficiency and service quality.
